Not receiving email from one address on same server

I’ve been having an issue for a few months in which I am not receiving email from one address on the same email server. I can log in to the webmail client on the server and they are there but they’re either not making it to eMclient or they’re disappearing when they get there.

I have checked the blacklist and all of my rules but they don’t show up in any of them.

Please help.

I’m also checking out this sort of problem … I’ll keep you in the loop.
