Not receiving attachments with extension .p7s

Hi Guys,

I am having a issues receiving e-mails attachments with extension .p7s on version 7.0.27943.0, all the information and body text is there but not the attachment.
Any help will be much appreciated.

We’re sorry that you’re experiencing this issue. Could we please ask you to send us the message with the missing attachment exported as .eml with a link to this thread to [email protected], so we can have a look at what happened?
