Not receiving all my emails

Hi - apparently people cannot send emails to me, well some emails are getting through, but I have had 3 people say they cant send to me, but could be a lot more, they keep bouncing back, I got my supplier to send me the error he got:

I keep getting the red triangle popping up with errors, at the moment it is just showing up for one email account, but yesterday there were errors on all 3:

When I check my settings and run a diagnostics test they all come back ok. I haven’t changed any settings.

I’m on a PC
eM Client version: 10.3.2619 (1e54f4a)
Bitdefender installed, but it is set to allow eM Client, although I would say I don’t understand enough about all the settings to know if this could still be blocking it somehow!

I’m probably not that much help but perhaps others are having the same issue. I seem to be receiving all emails from 4 different POP3 accounts. EXCEPT I am not receiving receipts that come from Lyft car service. I have checked setting and the same unreceived emails ARE being received my Mailbird and are left on the server. Therefore I know it’s not my ISP nor is it my personal Spam control system. I tried to whitelist Lyft and it seems eMclient doesn’t allow for a whitelist? Anyone else?
