Not getting mail with V10

I just installed V10. I get the number notifications on the screen that I have new emails but they do not download. I can see the from my phone (gmail) but not the client.

Close/restart program, still not there.

Please help. It is hard to work when I do not get emails.

Same here. Windows Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3880). emClient 10.0.3266. Using Fastmail.com. Can you say “CloudStrike”?

Hold the phone! They introduced “categories” for the Gmail crowd. Turn it off.
