no emails are arriving on my computer (though are on phone and ipad) nothing has arrived for 12 days
When i go to send they sit in the outbox
I’m not getting any error messages
any suggestions?!

What account has this kind of issue? Could you please try deleting the account and configuring it again? Please create a backup file before in Menu > File > Backup and move those unsent items to Local folder for example so you will not loose them.
