Not all emails are syncing

I’ve been using eM Client since Christmas. I’ve noticed that not all my emails are coming through. When I compare my emails to those showing on my tablet and phone I’m only actually getting about 75% through eM Client. I receive no error messages when syncing. Do you have any advice? I’m using Norton Anti virus and have given eM Client full access rights. Thanks

I am seeing the same… gmail folder might have ~100 emails and eM folder only shows ~20. Since this post is 2 months old I’m guessing there is no fix?

I have the same problem. What can I do?

I don’t see that eM has any solutions so unfortunately eM is not a dependable option for gmail. I’m back to using chrome for gmail use.
