Approximately two or three weeks I am not able to send a message. Once in a blue moon it sends one or two messages, however usually I have to send it directly from my Gmail account – they will stay in a folder to be sent. Any idea? Otherwise everything OK.
are you getting any error messages? Can you send us your SMTP logs? Simply open Tools - Settings - Advanced - Logging and enable SMTP logging under the problematic account. Simulate the issue and send us the logs using the same logging settings window. Thank you.
