not able to login to my gmail-account (eM Client 7 / windows 10)

I updated to eM Client 7 on Windows 10 and my gmail-Account does not sync anymore. It appears a white window without any content and the title “Für ***@gmail.com ist ein Kennwort erforderlich”. But there is no chance to login to my gmail-account. What is the problem??

Versuchs mal  im Internet, direkt bei Google.

IMAP      Host: imap.gmail.com  Port 993
SMTP     Host: smtp.gmail.com  Port 587

unfortunately we have not encountered this issue before, can you try and see if adding the account anew solves the issue?
Have you perhaps enabled additional security on your account? 2-step verification?
