Buongiorno sono giorni che cerco di far funzionare la mail è collegata a Libero ma non riesco più ad accedere mi dice di inserire la password ma non la riconosce ho fatto di tutto cambiato password… Uscita e rinserita ma niente
I’ve been trying to get my email to work for days. It’s connected to Libero but I can’t log in anymore.
Could be you have to manually setup your account and not use the automatic account wizard.
To setup your account manually, go to “Menu / Accounts”. Then click “Add Account” at the top, and then and click the “Mail” heading and click “Other” and enter your Libero IMAP details.
You can use the following secure Server Ports and Security policies in eM Client. For Libero.it appears most mail clients used Secure Ports 993 for Incoming and Port 587 for outgoing.
Note:- If you have already tried the below settings, then if you have any eg: optionally installed firewall / security program or optionally installed antivirus program or vpn “other than what comes default with your os”, then try completely disabling those to test incase of interference.

Security Policy - "Use TLS on Special Port”
