I downloaded and installed eM-client from the Microsoft Store, and I paid and received the activation code. But, there was no way to activate it because the item of license does not exist . Please see screenshot.
If this version cannot be activated, I can download and install it from the official website, but how do I import emails from the Microsoft Store version?
The MS Store version works a little differently. It is a subscription service that you pay monthly to Microsoft. There is no license key. If you pay them, you get all features, but as soon as you stop your monthly subscription, some features are disabled.
The desktop version works on a license key you purchase from us. That is one-time payment, and you can use that version of eM Client for life, or all future upgrades if you get the lifetime upgrade option.
If you have purchased and received a key from us, then you need to uninstall the MS Store version, and download an install the latest version from the Release History.
Once that is installed, go to Menu > Help > License and activate using the key.
It’s best to explain it on the Microsoft Store version.
