some of my subfolders are missing, most of them are shown but in one case the main folder is visible, but the subfolders under this one are not visible at all. I checked this at the GMAIL Homepage and the subfolders are still there.
First time that i mentioned this behaviour with emclient (6.0.20154.0)…
can you please make a screenshot of your subfolder tree shown in eM Client and in Gmail for comparison?
here are two screens, in gmail the folder “Urlaub” has subfolders, but they are not see
with emclient (left emclient, right gmail)
Hi, can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on IMAP logging for the problematic account, save the settings and restart the application and wait until the synchronization finishes.
Go back to the advanced settings and click on Send Logs, please send the logs to firstname.lastname@example.org and please add a reference link (URL) to this forum topic.
