No refresh, no sync

Since 2 days ago, my emclient stopped, i use this account 2 or 3 years… and two days ago my refresh dont stop, nothing sync… i try to re-add the account and cant, is a office 365 account… any tip?

What version of eM Client are you running ?

Who is your email mailbox provider ?

Also when you try to re-add your account, where do you get up to, and what error message does it say ?. Can you possibly screenshot the error you get when adding the account and paste it in this thread. Blank out any personal information.

Also are you using the automatic email wizard or manually setting up the account ?
