No key received

License problems

I am using free version for a while, until it got blocked. So today i bought a pro license, but still no key received.
I am using Mozilla Thunderbird atm because i can not use eM Client now. Can somebody please take a look at this?

If you enter the same email address you should get an email with the actvation key.

Yes i did, but i get the free key again, that has been blocked. Not the Pro license key i bought…
