Hi folks. Just installed the client on my PC and all emails transferred over from my att.net account–EXCEPT my inbox subfolders. What am I doing wrong? Please help… me.
from what I have seen att.com belongs under Yahoo, this is most probably caused by them as problems with Yahoo in eM Client are often, we have made some workaround in this update (mostly for authentication) but it was not possible to make it working for 100% now.
Anyway if you want you can send me IMAP logs, but I think that it will say same thing as usual that severs disconnects during process.
Tools - Settings - Advanced, check IMAP under your account, apply and restart eM Client.
Simulate same steps which leads to your issue and send logs… to firstname.lastname@example.org together with this topic’s URL in subject.
then you can turn logging off.
