NO help from emclient

I have posted several notes regarding my issues with Authentication Failed and the inability to send or receive any mail with em Client on my laptop(main computer) for a couple of weeks. I got one suggestion on how to change a password that didn’t work-unfortunately. I did download the mobile app onto my phone. It didn’t work, so uninstalled & reinstalled it, and now it works. However, it is no conducive to getting to my folders to save messages, etc.
I am afraid that if I either close my account or uninstall/reinstall the program on my laptop, I will lose all my saved and important mail. I cannot afford to run that risk. I’ve tried to find a troubleshooting link, I don’t have any VPN running, tired the firewall turnoff trick, & yet NOTHING works. I have done the update to 9 months ago. I have had emc for years and really like it, but if it doesn’t start working, I’m afraid I am will be forced to find another program.
Can someone that works in emc support PLEASE help me? I can get my mail on my phone, so please respond.
