Hi, I get regular emails from a store called Sam’s Club.
I never had a problem viewing them until I switched to EmClient.
This is the only one I get that the content is missing but if I click on the blank area it takes me to the site and I can read it there.

Hello, these issues are often caused by incorrect formatting of the message, but what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
What mail service are you using with eM Client? Can you please submit a copy of this message to my work mail, [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic? Please make sure to submit the message as attachment, by right clicking the message and selecting Forward > As attachment, or by drag and dropping the message onto a new message.
