I am currently testing eM client and I have recognized that this program does open/show certain attachments (like pictures) by default.
For me it is important first to check on every attachment BEFORE it is opened/processed/whatever!
So, can I somehow prevent eM client from processing any attachment(s), until I clicked some “button”?

I think the attachments are only processed once you ‘hover’ over them with your mouse.
Hi Michael, image attachments are displayed at the end of the message if the message is HTML styled, however they are also still displayed in the attachment area. Other file formats can not be automatically displayed when using eM client.
