Newly created message inactive

After I clicked “new message” the inbox window is active and the new message is inactive and unapproachable; not even with ALT + TAB.

How do I go about?

Hi, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check for the exact version number in Help > About? Also please check what version(s) of .NET framework you have installed on your computer in the list of installed programs under Control panel.

.Net Framework 3.5 (including 2.0 and 3.0) and .Net Framework 4.5

Hi again, please make sure you have .NET framework 4.5.2 installed, and if you do, please try to reset Internet Explorer to it’s default settings and check if the issue persists?

Hello Paul,

I installed .NET framework 4.5.2, did a reset on IE default settings (without deleting personal settings) and rebooted the system.

Unfortunately new message still inactive window, hidden behind Inbox and not approachable…

Any other ideas?
