New User: Exchange fail

cannot connect to exchange server, just installed this email client and I like the looks of it but I need exchange to work! Error message: The domain name cannot be resolved. Check the email address and network connection"

did you manage to create the account or are you having issues with the first setup?
If you already have the account setup but the issue comes up can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced, and turn on Exchange Web Services logging for the account and Network Communication logging under General tab?

Save the settings and restart the application, when the issue occurs, go back to the Advanced settings window and click on Send Logs, please add my email as a copy ([email protected])
