New user-Am totally blocked with password demand dialogue

No matter what I do, I keep getting a dialogue box demanding a password for my email accounts. No matter what I enter it just keep asking.  Coming from Thunderbird, using Windows 8.1.  Is it asking for my password for my ISP webmail? Another password?  As far as I know, I don’t have a password with eM Client.   I can’t even get to help!  Other answers aren’t helping me figure this out.

Hi Linda, if you’re setting up an account in eM Client, you just need to use your login credentials just as you would when logging into your webmail application. Use your email address and password to setup your ISP account.
