New Password

I have recently changed my BT Mail btinternet account password and subsequently am unable to download emails in eM Client (Version 6 Pro) for this email account with the new password. I have followed the advice provided by BT customer help. SMTP in eM Client is OK and send and receive in BT Mail webmail work fine with the new password. I also have tried setting up a new account in eM Client using the set up wizard but this invites the same repeated error message. The diagnose and fix facility has offered no solution.
Please advise the correct port and security settings for Pop3 in eM Client.
