I am on version 6.0.24928.0. For the past few days, no new messages are downloaded after I initially open the application. When I first open it, all my new message download. I noticed at 2:00 yesterday afternoon that I hadn’t received an email since 9:00 that morning, which is very unusual. I checked my phone and had indeed received many emails. I have my settings set to check for mail every 10 minutes, but I clicked the “Send and Receive” button and it complete with no errors, but still did not bring down the new messages. I complete exited out of the program, no just minimized to tray but terminated the app, and relaunched it. All the new messages downloaded. No messages came through after that point. I tried the “Repair Folder” option under my account. When I clicked the button, my new messages downloaded, but again, not future messages downloaded. There are no errors, messages, or log entries that point to a problem and it was working fine up until a couple days ago. I also set this account up in a different email client with the same settings, including the ‘check every 10 minutes’ to make sure it wasn’t a server issue, and that client worked flawlessly. Luckily for you/unfortunate for me, I much prefer your application. I’m not sure what happened, but the application is unusable like this. I have to remember to reboot the application every so often to check for new mail and that is just not feasible and I get involved in work, forget to check, and therefore don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. Selecting and then immediately deselecting “Work Offline” also allows all new messages to download.
Same problems over here. Really don’t know what to do anymore!!!

I’ll need some more info - specifically what kind of antivirus and firewall are you using and what mail account type and mail service provider?
