I have mail showing in the UNREAD folder but not in showing up in my INBOX, until I refresh manually or wait an extended period of time for it to refresh.
I am using GMAIL btw…
Hi, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check for the exact version number in Help > About?
Can you possibly make a screenshot of the issue? Are you using an IMAP account?
Hi Paul, it is version 6.0.21040.0. Do not have a screen shot right now. But will explain more. the unread folder, under smart folders is showing an email that came into the inbox…but if you go to the inbox it is not there. It seems to be a hit and miss type of scenario. Yes it is gmail IMAP.
Hi again, are you using a single account in eM Client, if not is it possible the unread message is in your other inbox?
If you’re absolutely sure, please try to update your application to this release, http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.21151/setup.msi and check if the issue persists, if so please right click your inbox in eM Client and select Properties > Repair and click on the “Repair” button.
This will resynchronize your inbox hopefully will download the missing message.
