New emails not showing up

Your missing emails since upgrading to V10 are probably in the new Categories Inbox Tabs.

Sounds like when you upgraded to V10 you chose “the default install” which then categorises all your incoming and existing mail using an algorithm to sort in Inbox mail folder tabs such as eg: Primary, Promotions, Social, Other, Updates etc.

So “look on the right of the Primary Inbox folder”, and see if you have other different named Inbox Tabs. If you do, then click the link below to see how to move messages back to the Primary tab or to move to any other tab you want for those sender messages in future.

You can also disable any Category tabs you don’t want, or disable the Categories completely if you prefer all your emails in the one combined Inbox.

Why mail goes to unread folder

@smarler7274 My inbox indicates I have 3 unread emails. They do not show up in my inbox. If you have a eg: Google or Microsoft type account, that can be due to the new eM Client V10 default Inbox Categories (see screenshot example below) as @RobinW and @Gary advised in their posts above.
