I had this now quite some time, when doing a new mail and I start typing, each character gives a new line… Only after deleting all typed text, the text entry will go horizontal. What is this strange behavior and ist there some setting controlling it.

I’m having the same issue with the current version 10.4.5326.0 on Windows 11 Pro for a few users.
This seems to happen quite often when you drag an attachment into the email and then type the text in the message window.
Is there a possible solution?
Since we’re not getting any other reports for this behavior, if you notice any other patterns to when this happens, let us know. You could also send me your exported settings (Menu > File > Export > export to xml) to [email protected]
