Every since the new update, when I create a new contact on my laptop using EM Client, it does not sync to google or to my phone. If I create it on my phone it works. That’s not ideal. Is there a setting that I need to check?? Why would it suddenly stop working.
Hi Carol, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact version number in Help > About? Are you seeing any errors while trying to synchronize your account?
Can you try to make sure the contact should be synchronized with the server by using the refresh button or by switching to offline mode in File > Work offline and back to cause a full resynchronization with the server?
