I have XP and the eM Client application data folder has reached half a gig in size:
C:\Documents and Settings%Current User%\Application Data\eM Client (XP)
I need to move my mail (into a .rar file) and OFF my tiny hard drive, onto a flash drive or other external storage, but still have individual mail readable and accessible when I click on the .rar.
Currently, my mail all seems to be in a data file, so I can’t go into it and look at a particular item. How can I convert that data to a collection of particular mail items that will be readable from inside a rar file on a flash drive?
