Need to downgrade

Clearly EMC has chosen to publish product without adequate testing. I can’t use the software (v 8.2…) more than 15 minutes before it crashes. It’s costing me time. You product isn’t ready. So I need to downgrade back to 7.9. How do I do that without a bunch of errors and without having to manually recreate accounts or lose data?
