I thought eMClient was going to replace Outlook 2013 that I have been used. But just found that the rules creation is VERY limited. I have multiple email accounts and when I receive email addressed TO a specific email address, I want a copy of it moved to a folder I have created. Appears I can’t do in eMClient.

You can set up such a rule by using the “processed with account” condition - this will apply the rule to any emails received by a specified address. Hope that helps.
