I can’t seem to send email . Mail I create gets stuck in outbox. Please help. I tried changing the SMTP to 487 instead of 25 that I read on your help site but that does not fix the problem. The diagnostic checks it as working ok but I still can’t send mail.
Hi Janet, are you seeing any error messages from the application? Are you using any firewall/antivirus software with email protection on your computer?
What version of eM Client are you currently using and what mail service are you using?
