I recently had to do a fresh install of Windows 10 on my laptop, and when installing eM Client and trying to reactivate it with a license I have already purchased, it said that my license has reached the maximum number of activations, and that I have to deactivate it one one computer in order to activate it on this one. The issue is, since I cannot deactivate it on the computer it was installed on (since I wiped that hard drive and reinstalled Windows on it), it doesn’t seem like I have any way of deactivating it. I’ve tried logging into the License Manager tool on the website, but I don’t have my login information.
You can reset your credentials for the license manager at http://www.emclient.com/reset-password. All you need is the registered email address.
