Need Assistance (Remote If At All Possible) Installing eM Client

About a month ago I had posted my eMClient Situation. My VIP Support had long ago expired and could not find proper assistance with Basic Support, so today I went ahead and renewed VIP Support. I desperately need assistance re-installing eMClient onto my new computer. At 65 years old, I am not very computer savvy, so remote support assistance (if available) would be greatly appreciated.

Please advise.
