hi Anthony, if you’ve lost your activation key to activate eM Client, please make sure to use the lost activation key option on our website, use the email address you’ve used for registration and the activation key should be re-sent to your email, if you don’t currently have an access to the account in eM Client, please use your webmail application and login online to retrieve the key.
Hello Paul. I’ve just discovered that the lost activation key option has yielded a result when accessing eM Client on my Kindle Fire rather than by means of my main computer. I’ll now try to reactivate my two free accounts on the main computer. If I don’t come back you will know that all is returned to normal. Thanks for the speedy response.
