I am using EM Client9 with screen reading software called NVDA from NV Access with a pro license of eM Client. Problem is, when I encountered the email that are threaded, NVDA just reads the subjects of the email, and it says the email is collapsed but I can’t expand it, unless I open the whole email. Is there something that you guys could have a look into that, to make the threaded mails is more interactable for screen reader users?

Could be your NV access reading program developers now need to (update their program) to support version 9 on PC and Mac
I would ask eM Client Pro support via ticket if NVDA has ever contacted them about making their program compatible with eM Client. I’ve never seen a post in this forum for that reader.
