name and phone number don't match Google account

I used my Google account as my incoming email. The name and phone number that is on emClient does NOT match my over 15 yr old Google account. Where do you get your info from? It picked up an old account that I do not use. How is that? It has mixed that account with my real account. No this is not Googles issue, as I used Postbox prior to emClient. When signing up for emClient, I used my Google account and my Yahoo accounts. Tell me emClient how did you manage to grab info that’s not correct and how did Cox, Yahoo, AquaMail, SparkMail, and every other mail app I’ve used get it right? So being you’re the ONLY 1 to have this, pretty certain it’s on your end. Furthermore, IF you can not fix this issue, please refund my money.

When you add your Gmail account all those details “come from your Gmail server end” which is then synced to eM Client GUI. It might be from your Gmail account settings, or Gmail contacts, or Gmail templates and signatures etc.

So to edit that, we would need to know where you are seeing the wrong name and phone number. Can you do a screenshot of “where you see that information”. Blank out the name & ph number.
