My Win 10 yesterday deleted at start all my eMclient 6.0. No functioning reinstallation is possible any more..

I am not sure how this could have happened, can you please include more information?
Are you able to install v7 perhaps?
If neither, could you attach an error message you see when you try?

please try is importing data from v6 works.
Go to Menu>File>Import>Import from eM Client 6
