My smart folder "All Inboxes" only shows 1 account, not both of my accounts.

My smart folder “All Inboxes” only shows 1 account, not both of my accounts. I have gone into tools… settings… general… and I’ve checked “Show Smart Folders” & “Show Local Folders - Show on start-up…Global Inbox” but cannot solve the problem. i’m using Version 6.0.24928.0

I have the same on mine and I assumed that was the correct format.

It does show “All inboxes” which I took to mean the number of total mails in all the inboxes.

Can you please tell me what account (mail protocol and mail service provider) doesn’t display in All Inboxes?

It is no longer an issue. I deleted the mail account, then added it as a new mail account & everything has worked perfectly since then.
