Ok, sorry, but no helpful replies. Any emails I send to people with attachments arrive at recipients address, but do not end up in my sent folder, so I have no record of the sent email. ?

What account are you sending from and which accounts are you checking? Any chance you are checking the sent from a different address than you are sending from? Is it missing from ALL accounts as well as the particular account? Are you doing any filtering. Is the search box clean?
