My old laptop crashed so I bought a new one and installed eM Client again using the old licence key. But now I"m asked for a pasword as soon I try to send a masage. Can someone help me with this problem?
To keep the same settings from the old laptop, it is best to restore using your most recent backup. If that is not possible, check your SMTP settings in Menu > Tools > Accounts, then click on the SMTP tab.
Make sure that the port is set to 587 and the Security policy is set to Force usage of SSL/TLS.
See if that makes any difference.
