My licence isn't valid

I have been using a personal account for business and my mails have been suspended. I have upgraded but the mails are still suspended. I cannot send or receive.
Can anyone help?

A version upgrade or Pro upgrade?

I see you purchased a Pro License today, so go to Menu > Help > License and deactivate the free license if it is still activated. Then click on Activate and paste in your new Pro license key.
