My iPad is seeing emails from Comcast in it's Junk folder but I don't see them at all in my em Client program

My iPad is seeing emails from Comcast in its Junk folder but I don't see them at all in my em Client program. They never seem to arrive. Suggestions?

Now I have checked with my  online Comcast email, I see that these emails are in the Comcast Spam folder but not in the main folder.  Since these so-called spam emails are not necessarily spam, how to I get to see them with the em Client, please?

Maybe I have sorted this myself. I checked the online access system and saw that one can disable the automatic spam movement of emails. If I have done this right, those called spam by Comcast will no longer be put in the spam folder but sent to me.
