My in-box appears as totally empty on my PC. Old mails but also new e-mail have just 'vanished'!

I need urgent help please. Suddenly this morning my inbox appear as empty (all my e-mails are not visible) on my PC (but not on my phone!!!). The local files haven’t been touched, only the in-box. When a new e-mail arrives it disappear almost quite immediately! what can I do ? (I’ve verified, I do not have any update waiting…)

Hello Sabrina,

By any chance, is it possible that the application on your phone is set as POP3 account? Do you see those emails on your webmail?
