My email domain is marked as a business account

Hi,
I work for a IT company and we regularly advise people to use EMClient as an alternative option to other paid and/or free email clients. One of our clients has a *****@namakwanet.co.za address. EMClient deactivate itself since it is suspecting “namakwanet.co.za” is business account, but in reality “namakwanet.co.za” is a local service provider like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Hotmail, etc. Can you please adjust policy for the “@namakwanet.co.za” domain as a service provider?
