My email domain is marked as a business account

I work for a IT company and we regularly advise people to use EMClient as an alternative option to other paid and/or free email clients. One of our clients has a ***** address. EMClient deactivate itself since it is suspecting “” is business account, but in reality “” is a local service provider like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Hotmail, etc. Can you please adjust policy for the “” domain as a service provider?
