My email closed automatically after I send an email & not will not open again. Log attached. System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Hi Clare,

Most likely culprits are a backup program or AV program.
For the backup - avoid synchronous backing up of eM Client files.

For the AV program - Exclude scanning of the programs folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client and also 
C:\Users\ Your profile name\AppData\Roaming\eM Client       (your archive files)
