My eM Client states its offline and it will not let me do anything. The "work offline" is not checked.

Can’t use eM Client

Hi, can you please make a screenshot of the issue? Where does eM Client display that it’s offline, are you seeing any error messages?
What version of eM Client are you currently using?

Attached are 2 screen shots showing that its offline. Plus there is a red exclamation mark next to the email address above the inbox.

Hi, are you using proxy on your computer? The first screen shot shows that eM client was unable to connect to the licensing server, to check your license if it’s active. When this occurs and the application is unable to connect during 14day period, your license is automatically deactivated and you’re unable to use the application for online use.

Try to access http://licensing.emclient.com in your browser, let me know if you were able to access the website.
