My EM client just freezes when it eventually opens with a message that it cannot verify the identity

Hi John, can you please make a screenshot of the error you’re seeing?
If the application freezes, can you please download this utility, http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe and run the tool when the application is not responding?

The tool will generate a stack dump file in your documents folder, can you please send me the file to [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic?
