My e-mails go straight into my Archive folder instead of the IN folder - how can I change this option?

Changing folder options for incoming messages to IN rather than Archive

First go to Menu > Tools > Rules, and check that you don’t have any Rules that could be moving the messages. Next, login to the web interface for your email account, and check that there are no filters that could be moving the messages. Also, check that any other devices connected to the same email account are not moving the messages.
