My Blacklist e-mails are not going to the junk file. How to fix?

with the prior release, this started happening for me as well. To be sure that this was happening, I deleted the blacklist and started doing them again.

Is this something that eM support is looking into?

I have tested it right now and it works ok. Can you open Tools - Rules - Blacklist rule to see if the email addresses are filled in correctly?
