eM client does not always retrieve all my emails. Sometimes none are retrieved and other times only some of the emails are retrieved. But they always show up when I shut down and restart eM.
I am using IMAP, eM v. 7.3 and my email provider is Spectrum (formally Time Warner Cable)
Yes, but uninstall it anyway and see if that makes a difference. Sometimes reinstalling can solve some issues, even if you have installed from the lasted downloaded file. Also, it can solve problems if you have used the in-application update.
