Multiple problems with one of the accounts

Hi! Sometimes the programm quits when sending message. And also the synchronizing process never stops. And I don ́t recieve messages. I have another account which works with the same IMAP. And this account works without any problems. Tried to reinstall the programm, delete and add again the account - nothing helped. The problem occured after licensing the product.

Are you using the same email provider for both accounts? If no, what provider are you using for the problem account. Do you get an error? Can you post a screenshot?

And yes, the same provider for both accounts. And very strange that the problem started to occure after the licensing. During the trial period there where no problems at all.
